REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Hotel room (4 nights: Check-in June 25th, check-out 29th morning, 2011), 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners, soft drinks during meals, coffee breaks, and of course the meeting itself (attendance to scientific sessions, conference program & book of abstracts, conference bag).
Unless specified otherwise by the organizers during the meeting, other items are at your own expenses and must be settled with the venue upon checkout.
A contribution to the social event will be requested separately from the registration fees.
REGISTRATION CATEGORIES
To be eligible for the student rate, delegates must be engaged in full time academic study, provide their student number during the registration process and if asked, provide a copy of their student card as well as a letter supporting their status from the head of their department.
ACCOMODATION
Please provide any specific requirements during registration (access, vegetarian diet, other diet requirements, smoking rooms if available).
PAYMENT
Credit card payment [Visa, MasterCard, American Express] is available via our registration system.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Immediately upon completion of online registration, you will receive an email confirming your payment. You will also see a block on our website that will confirm that you have been registered.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All cancellations must be sent in writing by the deadlines specified.
Registration fee refund will be made after the event as follows:
| Cancellation before May 01, 2011 | 75% refund |
| Cancellation between 01 May and 01 June, 2011 | 25% refund |
| Cancellation and after June 01, 2011 | no refund |
